Lake Homes Realty + RealSource moving headquarters to Meadowbrook and creating 400+ new jobs

Hundreds of new jobs are coming to the city thanks to an expansion by Lake Homes Realty and RealSource. The companies plan to create 400 new jobs over the next five years as well as move to larger headquarters next year. Keep reading for all the details.

400+ new jobs

Lake Homes Realty helps future homeowners find their dream lake house in just a few clicks. On their website you can browse over 6,000 lakes across 33 different states, including Alabama.

The website, which garnered over 97M page views in 2021, is getting a facelift this month, with enhanced visuals and improved search features to promote growth in the company.

Over the next five years, Lake Homes Realty and and RealSource plan on creating over 400 jobs for the state while they grow into their new space.

Welcome to 500 Corporate Parkway

The companies have each called Hoover home for four years now. Looking to the future, Lake Homes Realty and RealSource are moving to a new address that provides ample workspace and opportunity for growth while staying in Hoover.

Run for a cause

It’s in Lake Homes and RealSource’s corporate mission to give back to the community in a hands-on way. Lake Homes Realty COO and RealSource President Doris Phillips founded The Circle of Love Foundation in 2004 to help children in area shelters and others in need.

To raise money for the foundation, a 5K event is being held soon. Not a fan of running? No worries! Grab your friends and walk the 5K, or pop your headphones in and stroll by yourself. Proceeds from the event will go to paying for school supplies and other necessities for children in local shelters.
