Birmingham fave Bandit Patisserie is bringing a little sweetness to your Saturdays with their new weekly pop-ups at The Essential. Starting this Saturday, January 15th, Bandit will be selling their drool-worthy treats on a first-come-first-served basis—so you’re gonna want to get there quick. Keep reading for all the delicious details.

You may recognize these eye-catching pastries from The Market at Pepper Place, or the dessert menu at The Essential. Their decadent collection of pastries has won over the hearts of Birmingham, and well-renowned publications like The Washington Post and Bon Appetit sing their praises as well.

Trust me, you’ve got lots of options to choose from. Executive Pastry Chef and Co-owner Kristen Hall is whipping up these heavenly eats:

It gets better: the menu will feature new patisserie items that will be part of the opening menu at the bakery’s upcoming storefront. These delicious eats will be sold first-come, first-served, with no pre-ordering, so make sure you get there early!
