BREAKING: MELT one of Birmingham’s favorite food trucks is back

A Birmingham favorite we all love is making its return. We’re excited to announce that MELT is bringing back their food truck serving all your fave dishes. Keep reading to learn more about this grate news.

MELT’s new food truck

You might remember MELT’s old food truck, Matilta, from a while back. Unfortunatley, they had to sell Matilda due to old age. But back by popular demand, MELT is introducing their new truck—AKA “Maddy.”

“We loved having a food truck. It’s where we started and how we decided to plant roots in Avondale. The community was and has been so supportive of [us] over the years and we are excited to get ‘back to our roots.'”

They have the truck in their possession now. Bascially all that’s left to do is label the truck with their logo. You can expect the food truck to be roaming around after the New Year. Nothing is cheddar than this!

What’s on the menu?

The food truck’s menu will have all the favorite dishes you know and love. Similair to the MELT Avondale location’s menu, you can expect to see these classics:

• mac melts (probably the most ICONIC Birmingham dish)
• buffalo melts
• fried pickles (arguably some of the best in Bham—especially dipped in their jalepeno ranch!)
• patty melts
• chicken bacon ranch (YUM)

How to find the food truck

Can’t wait for a some mac-n-cheese? Neither can we! Coming 2022, you can find the truck by following their socials. They’ll post when and where the truck will be.
