This race is a “funny name, serious cause.” In 2004, Lisa Martz was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. She continued to show those around her love, courage and strength as she fought cancer for the next four years.

Her family and friends organized Rumpshakers Inc. and the 5K in her memory to raise awareness about colon cancer. Run in this 5K virtually and get a t-shirt representing Rumpshakers.
