1. RendezVous Kitchen Co.
- What: A food truck powered by plants + women-owned. Serving up delicious eats to the community, that also happens to be made of plants.

2. Fevers Grill and Juice Bar
- What: A black-owned vegan option ran by a mother-daughter duo since 2018. Their food truck serves vegan pizza and fresh-pressed juices.

- What: Serving up vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner options that make switching to a vegan lifestyle easier.

Slutty Vegan
The Atlanta-based vegan restaurant is eyeing Birmingham as its next home for a future brick and mortar store. After a successful day spent in Birmingham, owner Pinky Cole was impressed and is looking to bring her popular vegan option to The Magic City.
