In a city where BBQ seems to be one of the main food groups, vegan restaurants are finding their time to shine in Birmingham. Whether you’re a dedicated vegan, want to cut down on meat or just looking to try something new, check out these vegan spots in town.

  • What: A food truck powered by plants + women-owned. Serving up delicious eats to the community, that also happens to be made of plants.

The Atlanta-based vegan restaurant is eyeing Birmingham as its next home for a future brick and mortar store. After a successful day spent in Birmingham, owner Pinky Cole was impressed and is looking to bring her popular vegan option to The Magic City.
