Little Betty Steak Bar wins Michelin Service Award 2026

Mountain Brook’s Little Betty Steak Bar had a big night at the Michelin Guide American South 2026 Ceremony in Nashville.
The restaurant received two recognitions during the ceremony including:
- Michelin Service Award
- Michelin Guide’s American South’s Recommended restaurant
“It’s overwhelming. It is absolutely truly an honor. This is not a me award, this is a we award. This is all due to the teams we have, the chef team we have, the leadership we have from owners all the way down. This is just everyone.”

Michelin Service Award
Michelin Guide introduced the Service Award last year, using it to recognize a restaurant individual who has a genuine passion for service and makes all customers feel special and enjoy a truly wonderful dining experience.
For Patterson and his restaurant, that’s what the team strives for every day.
“That one means a lot. I want people to feel like it’s their spot, like they’re taken care of. We have a lot of people that are bought in to what we do and that care a lot. We have built a team that has made people feel cared for.”

Patterson said it starts with executive chef Kyle Biddy but also gave credit to the whole team including Britton Crotta, Connor Wood, Chris Vaughn and more.
