At a glance, you probably wouldn’t have guessed the service is completely free. But, we’re here to break the good news to you: it is. And you can take advantage of it today—here’s how.
1. Stop by or contact the nearest La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries location.
Starting the process is super simple. After you find a location near you, all you have to do is stop in to plan in person or contact them to set up a virtual planning session. You can give them a call, and they’ll connect you with one of their expert designers.

2. Let them know the type of design services you’re looking for.
Once you’re connected with a designer, you can walk them through what you’re looking for. Whether it’s one room or your entire home, they are ready to bring your space to life with beautiful pieces of furniture and decor.
Stuck on a room re-do you’ve already started? No worries. The designers can come in at any stage of your project and help you find the perfect pieces to fit your space.
3. Review your customized design plan from the La-Z-Boy Team.
After the designers have gathered all of the information, from measurements to your furniture favorites, they’ll present a customized design plan so you can visualize the finished space. It’s truly a collaboration between you and the designers to make sure the plan pairs well with your space and tastes.
Another bonus? This step can also be done in-store or virtually, depending on what setting you’re most comfortable in.
4. Watch your space be totally transformed.
Finally, you’ll get to see your dream space come to life. You can choose to be there through the decorating process, or you can leave and wait for the final reveal. Either way, the designers will handle every detail—from white-glove delivery to the finishing touches.
