A Birmingham favorite, Cookie Dough Magic, announces new shop coming to Huntsville

Cookie Dough Magic, a Birmingham favorite, just announced that they will be opening a second location in Huntsville. This summer, there will be two spots in Alabama to satisfy all your edible cookie dough cravings and we’ve got the deets!
What is Cookie Dough Magic?
I feel silly having to explain this. However, if you haven’t been to Cookie Dough Magic in Avondale, you’ve been missing out. No more sneaking around to eat the leftover raw cookie dough mix.
Cookie Dough Magic uses heat-treated flour and pasteurized eggs so it tastes like a guilty pleasure, but it’s safe to consume. The classic chocolate chip is always a good go-to, but they offer several flavors ranging from banana pudding to Nutella.
Owners Chris and Melissa Bell brought the concept here to the Magic City after eating at a similar shop during their trip to New York City. Ever since their opening in the summer of 2018, Cookie Dough Magic has been a sweet tooth staple in Birmingham.
They’re moving on up to Huntsville.
We’re so happy to see Cookie Dough Magic’s expansion to Huntsville. The new location is set to open Summer 2020 and will be located at The Avenue in downtown Huntsville. It’ll be surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance of popular spots like Big Spring Park and Von Bron Center.
Ever since their announcement, the response from loyal customers has been nothing but positive. Birmingham’s own little cookie dough shop is growing up and we can’t wait to follow them along their journey.
Do they offer curbside?
Yep! They sure do. Like many local restaurants, Cookie Dough Magic has been effected by the pandemic, but they continue to serve customers—curbside of course.
