2020 MLK Day 5K Drum Run

This race features drum lines from Birmingham metro area schools who will line up along the race course to keep the beat of participating runners and walkers. Cool right?

5th Annual Lyric Masquerade Ball

It’s almost time for the 5th annual Lyric Masquerade Ball benefiting the Lyric and Alabama Theatres. 

During this yearly event, enjoy:

  • Live music from The Matthew Devine Band playing New Orleans jazz
  • Heavy hors ‘doeuvres from some of Birmingham’s tastiest restaurants
  • Silent auction

Open bar with tastings by Coopers’ Craft and Redmont Distilling Co.

After the event, be sure to stick around for the official afterparty at Dread River Distilling Company There will be specialty drinks commemorating the historic Alabama and Lyric Theatres. A portion of food and drink sales benefit both theaters.
