Ring a Bell for Rosies
On September 2, the Birmingham Chapter of the American Rosie the Riveter Association will host “Ring a Bell for Rosies.” So grab that bell and get ready to ring it in honor of all the Rosies who worked on the homefront in WWII.

Movies On Tap
Something all-new is coming to Avondale Brewing Co. Every Tuesday, starting this September, Buffalo Rock Company will be hosting Movies On Tap.
Two movies will screen each week—one for kids, followed by one for adults.
So bring a blanket, grab some popcorn and sodas (free), and, of course, a beer and enjoy the show!

Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s
If you’re looking for a way to support a local fundraiser this September, consider the Alzheimer Associations Walk to End Alzheimers.
The event will bring the community together for a two mile fundraising walk (or run if you’d like) to raise awareness and funds for the Alabama Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
