To celebrate Jefferson County’s Bicentennial we wanted to record some living history.

Ms. Patricia Russell-Hendrix is the 2018 Ms. Senior Jefferson County and was born and raised in the area. She has seen it all from segregation, to integration and now innovation.

We all know it’s not polite to mention a woman’s age in the South, so we are not going there, but she’s seen a lot and we thought her memories were worth sharing.
