It will also further enhance that great view of downtown I previously mentioned. Sounds like a home saved to my Pinterest board that I daydream about on the reg.

“As we were designing this urban community, we spent a lot of time determining what type of living was missing downtown to continue to improve the urban residential landscape in Birmingham. What we determined is that there needed to be more of a transitional product. Moving from a suburban home to an urban flat is a drastic change, but from that home to a townhome that offers secure, private parking, private outdoor space, and convenient access to urban amenities is not such a stretch.”
