May the 4th Be With You at McWane Science Center
Celebrate all things Star Wars, and even meet your favorite characters, at McWane Science Center. Along with special programming, The Birmingham Fencing Club will be there to show off their lightsaber skills.
Bonus! Dress in your best Star Wars costume and receive $2 off Adventure Halls per guest. (Discount not available for combo tickets.)

Birmingham Galactic Pub Crawl at Tin Roof Birmingham
The Star Wars Galaxy may be the biggest and baddest, but this May 4th, all the galaxies will join together for one huge celebration with a Galactic Pub Crawl.
Believe me, the entertainment at this event is going to be wild! Just be sure to don your own insignia and join in on all the action!
During the event there will be:
- A galactic costume contest
- Photo ops
- Galactic-themed drinks and shots
- Cookie dough from Cookie Dough Magic
- And more!
There will even be a space map challenge. Complete the map and receive a 40% off voucher for an upcoming Markster Con event (in Birmingham or in a galaxy far, far away).

Darth Vader at Cookie Dough Magic
The dark side will be taking over Cookie Dough Magic this May 4. You know what that means, don’t you? It means Darth Vader is in Birmingham! Who knew the galaxy’s most powerful Sith Lord had such a sweet tooth!
All ages are welcome to dress up and get a photo taken with Vader himself. Photos will be digital and available for download on Sunday, May 5. Personal photos are okay, too, so be sure to have your camera on hand.
