How to park downtown: 10 Birmingham Parking Authority decks and lots

I imagine two groups of people reading this. Group One: you’ve got your Birmingham parking game down, and you don’t need me. Group Two: when work or life takes you downtown, you absent-mindedly think, oh, I’ll find street parking somewhere. This article is for you.
While I usually strive for street parking, this article is about paid Birmingham Parking Authority decks and lots. I’ve recently regretted my lack of knowledge of these parking resources. So I gathered this list, including rates, and added nearby attractions and notable landmarks.
