It’s the new year, and you know what that means: everyone’s talking about getting fit. This topic rolls around every year, and if you’ve tried it before, you know it can be easier said than done. About: Embody Practice Center offers a variety of weekly classes, including 2 All-Levels Yoga classes, 2 Therapeutic Yoga classes, Tai-ji Quan (Tai Chi)​ for beginners as well as weekly practice sessions, Chair Yoga classes, and Yoga for Cancer Survivors classes. Organic Movement Fitness classes are also offered. They have physical therapists on staff and specialize in many different styles of movement.
