First things first. You want to shop for a used car online, but you have questions. Do you call, chat, email or text? At Driver’s Way, any and all of those methods work!

That’s why the business development team at Driver’s Way works around the clock checking email, responding to texts and chatting with customers online. They’re around to talk on the phone, too.

That means you can shop online while knowing there’s a real person on the other side of the screen who’s ready to help you.

Busy, Just Like You

The Driver’s Way experts ready to help you are local folks who love selling quality automobiles. People like Jesie West Lawrence, a member of the Driver’s Way sales development team. She’s not only a Driver’s Way expert, but she’s an Alabama mom who just doesn’t quit.

In addition to her dedication at Driver’s Way, she’s married and has a toddler, an infant and a family farm full of animals! Jesie doesn’t have a lot of time to waste, and she knows you don’t either.

“In the mornings, we take care of all the people who have reached out to us for information, whether that’s to help them with a credit application or to get cars ready for them to see,” Lawrence said.

“We call and confirm appointments, gather interest rates for people who’ve inquired about credit applications and answer all sorts of questions via email, text, phone or however the person likes.”

Jesie and the business development team work until 7 p.m. most nights, always getting ready for a new day full of customers and online shoppers.

“Our priority is getting everything done for our shoppers before they arrive at Driver’s Way,” Lawrence said. “That’s so we can save them time. That’s very important to us.”

“We do treat our customers like family,” Lawrence said.

“We respect their time, and the fact that they’ve chosen us to make a big purchasing decision.

“We want to help them find the right car that’s the right price and fit, and we want it to be a memorable experience for them.”

You can count on Jesie and the business development team to keep your pace and remember your name. You can even ask her about all those chickens (and pigs and cows) she helps her husband take care of, too.
