Woodlawn Street Market

REV Birmingham and the Woodlawn Business Association are gearing up for the 2018 Woodlawn Street Market season and you won’t want to miss out! Located in the heart of historic Woodlawn, the Woodlawn Street Market first hit the city in 2014.

Now entering its fifth season, the market has provided a platform for launching and testing startup businesses for more than 350 local vendors — a number that Brian Gunn, REV Birmingham’s District Manager for Woodlawn, said they are thrilled to continue to see grow this year.

“Woodlawn Street Market gives people across the Birmingham area an opportunity to support local businesses and be part of the renaissance of historic downtown Woodlawn,” said Gunn. “It’s a fun, family-friendly event with unique food and gifts – plus free entertainment.”

At the Woodlawn Street Market, you’ll have the chance to discover incredible local vendors offering:

You can even joy live entertainment with dancers from all over Birmingham battling it out on the pavement.

The Market at Pepper Place

If you want to experience the true local side of Birmingham, the Market at Pepper Place is the spot to be.

It was first established in 2000 in response to a growing need to help small family farms, and provide a connection between these family farmers and the people of Birmingham.

Now, 18 years later, the market has grown to become the largest farmers market in Alabama.

Located in the heart of downtown Birmingham in the Lakeview District, over 200,000 visitors attend the market annually.
