“The Job Interview” takes a behind-the-scenes look at the world where the words you say, the clothes you wear, and even the expression on your face can mean the difference between success and failure. Each half-hour episode brings viewers into the room as a real-life employer conducts real interviews with real candidates. Only one of whom will land the job.

According to David Luke, COO of Two Maids & A Mop, the show will provide:

“An entertaining and eye-opening perspective on the interviewing process from both sides of the table… The hope for our segment is for viewers to see the importance we place on the interviewing process. The success Two Maids & A Mop has experienced is directly due to our employees, our family.”

Two Maids & A Mop opened its first location in 2003 in Pensacola, Florida. Through some pivotal ups and downs, Two Maids & A Mop generated enough business to open two more locations in Pensacola.

In 2009, they decided to venture outside the state of Florida and headed to Birmingham, Alabama. Why Birmingham?

“Birmingham was attractive to us because we wanted to test our business model in a cash flow rich community,” said Ron Holt, CEO and Founder of Two Maids & A Mop.

“We experienced great success in Florida, but were intrigued at the possibility of executing our business strategy throughout a community comprised mostly of dual-income households. Results were staggering, and we quickly decided to plan for even more aggressive growth as a result of the quick success in Birmingham.”

Ron went on to say, “The move [to Birmingham] proved to be one of the more important decisions in my business life.”

With Two Maids & A Mop’s extension in Birmingham being such a “quick success”, the business continued to escalate even further. In 2013, they began to franchise the company, with several of their original locations converting into franchises as well.
