Are you looking for a way to spice up your workout routine? Maybe you’ve hit Birmingham’s top running trails, and now you’re looking for a new way to push yourself. If so, here’s four fun workouts in Birmingham.
Kiva Hot Yoga
Located in Vestavia Hills, Kiva Hot Yoga offers various yoga classes, with 26 traditional yoga poses featured in the signature class. However, depending on the class, the room is heated anywhere from 90-105 degrees. Here’s what the website has to say about the heated room:
“The heated yoga room loosens your muscles and joints maximizing their stretching and strengthening capacity while preventing injury. As the heat loosens your body, your mind adjusts to the heat by eliciting a heightened state of focus – hence why we often refer to this yoga series as a moving meditation.”
If you’re looking for a class to strengthen your body and give you a good sweat, then hot yoga may be for you. First timers should check out this link for more information.
Iron Tribe Fitness
Iron Tribe Fitness is ranked one of the top 5 best workouts in the nation. The 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training group classes scorch body fat and build strength. Each workout is broken down into three parts: a warm-up, daily workout, and cool down.
Furthermore, membership at each Iron Tribe facility is limited to 300 people. Plus, each class is limited to twenty participants. This means you get more individual attention from your coaches.
With several locations in Birmingham, you can schedule a free consultation to get started. Iron Tribe Fitness is a great way to lose weight or increase strength and stamina.
