Yesterday, Ahbi Sainju opened the newest addition to the Pizitz Food Hall. Mo:mo is their name and Asian fusion cuisine is their specialty.
Sainju is a Nepal native and a renowned Birmingham sushi chef. As a founding partner of Bamboo on 2nd, he has impressed the Magic City with his signature dishes and authentic cuisine. Now he’s set up shop in the new Pizitz Food Hall.
The menu has fresh dumplings galore as well as Vietnamese banh mi with your choice of pork belly, lemongrass chicken, grilled shrimp or eggplant. The menu will also feature plenty of Sainju’s famous dishes such as his Kathmandu Fried Chicken (KFC), the Wham Bam Birmingham sushi roll, and fan favorite ramen and spicy miso noodle bowls.
Mo:mo will be open 11am to 8pm Mondays through Saturday and from noon to 6pm on Sundays.
In the next few weeks, there will be two more food stall additions to look forward to, Alabama Biscuit Company and The Standard. There will also be a new restaurant joining the hall, Fero. Stay tuned as the Pizitz Food Hall continues to grow in the upcoming weeks.
