This morning someone drove through the front entrance of the Historic Virginia Samford Theatre on Southside.  The crash shattered the glass, knocking over the entrance light fixture and the Christmas tree inside.  The force of the crash deployed the car’s air bags.

We were unable to obtain additional details about the driver or how the accident occurred.
