One of the annual events that makes Birmingham special is the city’s unique role in holding the Annual National Veterans Day Parade.

More than just a parade, beginning tomorrow, November 10th, events kickoff with the Raymond Weeks Memorial Service – 4:30 at Linn Park Downtown. In the evening, the National Veterans Award Reception and Dinner will be held.  On Friday, a memorial service is conducted at the Cathedral Church of the Advent downtown, followed by the World Peace Luncheon. The day culminates with the National Veterans Day Parade at 1:30.

From solemn events to celebrations, this is a day we honor our heroes.
