Another Do Dah Day is in the books. A celebration of our community’s beloved animals, Bham Now photographer Larry O. Gay was on hand Saturday capturing the sights of one of Birmingham’s longest running festivals.


$1.3 Million raised

Founded in 1979, the volunteer driven annual festival  has donated over $1.3 million since 1992 for homeless animals.

As popular as ever, this year’s event on Birmingham’s Southside dodged afternoon torrential rains that occurred throughout the metro area.
