Salesforce Implementation Specialist Vice President of eServices

Non-exempt

Salesforce Implementation Specialist works closely with Vice President of eServices for supporting our Salesforce user base, maintaining day-to-day processes as well as playing an integral part in optimizing and enhancing our CRM system by gathering requirements from our users and turning them into solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key business process areas for opportunity to use the Salesforce platform.

• Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, accounts, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our Salesforce system.

• Provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specifics to business needs.

• Object, field, and layout creation and customization

• Custom dashboard and report creation and automation

• Acting as the administrator of Salesforce and related applications, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud. May also perform administrative duties in other Saas Enterprise applications, such as Sharepoint, Form Assembly and data visualization products.

• Understanding data flows and integrations between multiple enterprise applications. Using systems knowledge to design scalable solutions across all applications.

• Translating user requirement and user stories into actionable items.

• Providing day-to-day end user support and resolving software help-desk tickets. Day-to-day support may include user provisioning, maintenance of roles and profiles, mass-updates of records, and report and dashboard generation.

• Testing and QA any changes with peers and/or users as applicable.

• Keeping current on available releases, technologies, and applications.

• Participating in day-to-day systems integration of programs and services as needed. May include data migrations, systems design, configuration changes, etc.

• Participating in larger eServices projects, such as version upgrades or new implementations.

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Skills:

Requires relevant work experience and administrative experience in Salesforce, integrations and/or computer database systems. 2+ years in experience in Salesforce as power user or administrator, with at least 1 year as an administrator. Must understand database structure with a proficiency in SQL; experience in web development a plus. Must have ability to translate business requirements into actionable results.

Education:

Associates Degree from Information Technology Degree Program, concentration in Project Management, Business Administration preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Working Conditions:

Normal business hours with some overtime.
