Responsibilities:

Administrative support includes oral and written communication skills, organize and scan insurance claims, prepare Microix Purchase Orders (PO), track and monitor PO, if necessary, search for and compile PO’s paid by specific grants, and processing / ordering grant related materials for clients.

Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills:

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong administrative and clerical skills.

Excellent phone communication skills

Ability to perform effectively in a team environment

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

High level of organization

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Good listener

Attention to detail and time management

Able to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks

Genuine interest in the United Way mission

Other duties as assigned

Some knowledge of Accounting or Finance preferred

Education:                           

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
