Job Opening: Administrative Assistant & Receptionist

We are seeking an organized, calm, and dependable Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to join our fast-paced, holistic mental health practice. This is an important, front-facing role requiring emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients – in person, by phone, and via email.

Manage scheduling using Google Calendar as well as billing calendar.

Assist with insurance intake and basic copay verification (on-the-job training can be provided).

Post regularly to social media platforms to maintain engagement with clients and the community.

General administrative tasks: filing, data entry, managing office supplies, coordinating communication between clients and clinicians.

Preferred Skills & Traits:
Previous experience in a mental health or healthcare setting.

Friendly, grounded, and professional demeanor. This is required for our clientele.

Calm under pressure and comfortable multitasking.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Willingness to learn on the job and take initiative.

Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail).
