Introduction to Stoneware: Hand Building (Fall & Winter Version)
Join our hands-on class to craft custom holiday décor and accessories. Students are free to choose what they want to make, meaning making every item on the list is entirely optional. During the workshop, you can create fall and Christmas ornaments, reusable gift tags, fall and winter pendants, and trinket dishes with feet featuring leaf, pumpkin, and/or Christmas tree designs. You will learn essential techniques including basic handbuilding through slab building, slump and hump dish-making methods, and how to add unique textures using professional rollers and stamps. A wide variety of extra cutter shapes and texture tools will be provided in class to help bring your creative ideas to life.
