Special Education Consultants and Conference Organizers (SECCO, for short) is collaborating with Down Syndrome Alabama to host Central Alabama’s 9th “Unlocking the Mystery of Developmental Disorders” being held at Vestavia Hills Baptist Church on November 15th from 8:00-3:00.
