The Alabama Boat Show & Expo Celebrates Five Years in Leeds

The Alabama Boat Show and Expo, presented by AmFirst, invites guests to kick off the spring and summer watersports season at its fifth annual event at Barber Motorsports Park. This exciting exhibition will take place from February 28 to March 2, taking over Barber’s Proving Grounds venue.

This year, the show is expected to be one of Alabama’s largest outdoor boat events, offering attendees a chance to explore a wide variety of watercraft, including bass boats, pontoons, tritoons, wake boats, and more. Visitors will also have the opportunity to check out ATVs and other recreational vehicles. AmFirst, the presenting sponsor, will be on-site with a mobile financing station, and all net proceeds from the event will support the AmFirst Community First Initiative, benefiting local charities.

“We know Alabamians are eager to get back on the water after this chilly winter, and our fifth show is the perfect place to start,” said show organizer Johnathon Burton. “Whether you’re into fishing, wakeboarding, or just relaxing, you’ll find a model here that helps you make the most of your time on the water.”

In addition to getting a closer look at the latest watercraft and outdoor gear, visitors can enjoy:

• Daily giveaways, including a free fishing rod and reel for the first 100 children under 12 each day, courtesy of the Alabama Bass Trail Tournament Series.
• Shopping at a variety of vendor booths offering everything needed to elevate your outdoor experience.
• Delicious food from local food trucks.

While attending the show, visitors can also enjoy a race hosted by the World Racing League on the Barber Motorsports Park track.
