PMICAC Community in Action: Airport Leadership Experience
Go beyond the terminal and see how major airport projects move from planning to execution.
This is not a standard airport tour. It is an opportunity to experience project leadership where planning, precision, and public impact intersect.
PMI Central Alabama Chapter ’s Airport Leadership Experience offers rare, behind-the-scenes access with the Birmingham Airport Authority. Participants will board a private shuttle for an airfield tour, explore active projects throughout the concourse, and hear directly from three airport executives responsible for revenue, communications, planning, and development.
This immersive experience will reveal how leadership, stakeholder coordination, safety, communication, and strategic decision-making come together to deliver complex projects in a continuously moving environment.
