Adoptive families in the Greater Birmingham area are invited to join the Children’s Aid Society of Alabama’s, Alabama Pre/Post Adoption Connections (APAC) on Sunday, October 6th, 2pm – 4pm at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens for FREE Professional Family Photos, Snacks & Fun Activities.
