Fall into wellness with us at Open Channels Wellness Studios! We’re excited to invite our Crestwood South neighbors and the greater community to a day of fun, relaxation, and exploration at our Open House Fall Festival. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know our team, explore our beautiful studio, and enjoy an afternoon filled with engaging activities for the whole family. 🌿🍂
What’s Happening at the Fall Festival:
Delicious Fall-Themed Food – Enjoy healthy, homemade treats and drinks to nourish your body and spirit.
Fun Games & Prizes – Bring the whole family! We’ll have interactive games and contests with great prizes.
Yoga Demos (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM) – Try out our signature yoga classes with a special hour-long demo session led by our experienced instructors. Beginners are welcome!
Therapy Presentations (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM) – Learn about the different holistic therapies we offer, from energy work to counseling, and how they can help support your overall well-being. Meet our therapists and ask any questions you have!
Art Demos (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM) – Dive into creativity with a live art demonstration led by one of our talented art instructors. Watch and get inspired to join one of our future art classes!
