HBCU Esports Tournament

Izell Reese, Alabama native and President of RCX Sports Foundation, is a former UAB football standout and 7-year NFL veteran who is an advocate for expanding the accessibility and inclusivity of youth sports. He will also be inducted into the UAB Athletics Hall of Fame on November 1.
· Charisse Stokes, Executive Director of The Alabama Collective, is a leader in promoting diversity in Alabama’s tech and entrepreneurial sectors.
· Students across all of Alabama’s 14 historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) are invited to attend the event.
WHAT:
The HBCU Esports Tournament at Magic City Classic, featuring College Football ’25, brings together 32 Alabama HBCU students to compete for cash prizes.
