Celebrated the second Saturday in June each year, the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA)’s Family Health & Fitness Day highlights the vital role parks and recreation play in keeping communities healthy and active.
Bring the whole family out for a morning focused on wellness, movement, and community connection. Enjoy local health and fitness vendors, interactive demos, educational resources, and fun activities for all ages. Let’s move, learn, and grow healthier together!
