Join our vendor Not Too Shabby in the Grand River Pickers classroom to learn how to use decoupage paper and Pentart Art supplies to make a unique Fall Shelf Sitter plaque. You will have multiple decoupage paper designs to choose from and all materials are supplied. Grab a friend and come have some fun!
