Ecstatic Dance Birmingham
Ecstatic Dance is simply freeform dancing with a live DJ (DJ Scott Nam) playing the best in world beats, downtempo and EDM. The evening begins with some warmups, stretching and brief meditation and ends with a 15-minute sound bath. There is also tea available for purchase and food vendors.
Ecstatic Dance is about dancing and moving how you want with no judgement toward yourself or others. Find freedom on the dancefloor!
Please note Ecstatic Dance is a substance free event and participants are asked to be sober when participating.
The event is held at Cha House Birmingham — 131 4st St. S, 35222 in Avondale.
