Day of Change
October 15, 2024

What is Day of Change?
October 15, 1974 is the anniversary of the first Ronald McDonald House to open in the world, which was in Philadelphia, Pa.
Every year around this date, RMHC of Alabama celebrates Day of Change to spotlight the positive impact McDonald’s crew and customers have on our mission!
Your Impact
To date in 2024, Alabama McDonald’s customers and crew have helped raise $1.1 million through Round-Up for RMHC, which covers more than 8,800 nights of comfort at the Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room at UAB Women & Infants Center.
This year for Day of Change, it’s all about showering Alabama-based McDonald’s crew and customers with gratitude for their pivotal role in the RMHC of Alabama mission!
Thanking McDonald’s Customers
You deserve recognition for donating to our mission through Round-Up for RMHC!
When you Round-Up for RMHC at an Alabama McDonald’s between October 15 and October 20, 2024 save your receipt to share with us! To show our gratitude, we’ll send you one special edition Day of Change t-shirt.
On October 15, 2024 we will open the form to submit your receipt on this page.
T-shirts are available while supplies last. Receipts must be from an Alabama-located McDonald’s and show a date from October 15, 2024 to October 20, 2024.
