City Hoover presents 4th on the First

Celebrate Independence Day early at 4th on the 1st at the Hoover Met! Gather your family and friends for an evening packed with family fun, great food, and patriotic entertainment.
We’ll be having a Team USA Soccer Watch Party and rooting on Hoover native Chris Richards.
Experience a spectacular live fireworks show inside The Hoover Met, creating an unforgettable finale to the celebration. Enjoy ballpark favorites with $1 hot dogs and $2 beers, and don’t miss a special appearance by the world-famous ZOOperstars!, bringing laughs, photo opportunities, and interactive fun for all ages.
The evening will also feature live entertainment from Luminarts Entertainment and an unbelievable Hoover City Council Hot Dog Eating Contest, where local leaders will compete for bragging rights in a fun-filled community showdown.
