Alabama Winds Presents Sounds of the Season
Alabama Winds, an all-adult community wind band made up primarily of music educators from across the state, invites you to celebrate the season with an evening of festive music and community spirit!
Join us at the Thompson High School Performing Arts Center for a live performance featuring many beloved holiday tunes, performed by some of Alabama’s finest musicians. This family-friendly event offers something for all ages and is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit. This is a free event for all to enjoy!
A special highlight of the evening will be the appearance of Tony Giles, the legendary Voice of the Crimson Tide at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium and Coleman Coliseum. Tony will present a captivating reading of “The Night Before Christmas,” accompanied by the full Alabama Winds ensemble.
