The cuisine served at Desi Twist is called Mughlai, which evolved over hundreds of years. It is the fusion of cooking traditions that emerged from historical conquests and cultural exchange between various regions throughout India, Persia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, explained Desi Twist Executive Chef Sanjay Verma.

Desi Twist invites its patrons to explore the cuisine and take a journey with them.

“We want everybody to go on a journey with us. Each and every dish has a story. So, if you ask me, what is the name of this dish? Why was this created? And how was it created? I can tell you all about it. So, it is about a story and also about a journey.”
