The Greater Birmingham area has another spot to grab a fresh bagel.
Einstein Bros. Bagels recently opened a new Trussville location off Gadsden Highway, marking one of three new stores the national chain has added locally.

The new location is one of three that have opened in 2026 so far, including two others on Highway 280 and Montgomery Highway.
Trussville mayor Ben Short made a visit to the new location this morning, posting this to his Facebook audience:

Since the company was founded in 1995 in Colorado, it now stands at more than 600 locations nationwide.
