The 2026 FIFA World Cup kicks off June 11, bringing a month of can’t-miss matches across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

From early-morning kickoffs to high-stakes knockout rounds, Birmingham bars, breweries and restaurants are gearing up with watch parties, drink specials and plenty of soccer spirit.

Here’s where to catch the World Cup in Birmingham this summer.

1. Good People Brewing Company

Good People Brewing Company will serve as the home base for local American Outlaws supporters during the World Cup.

The Birmingham chapter of the American Outlaws, the official supporters group of the U.S. Men’s National Team, will host watch parties at the brewery throughout the tournament.

2. The Anvil Pub & Grill

Soccer fans looking for a traditional pub atmosphere may want to head to The Anvil Pub & Grill.

This English-inspired pub will offer food and drink specials during all USA and England matches. Birmingham Legion FC will also have a table set up with giveaways during select USA matches.

The pub will remain open during normal business hours for other World Cup matches.

3. Back Forty Beer Company

Back Forty Beer Company plans to show nearly every World Cup match during normal business hours.

While there are no official watch parties planned, fans can still catch plenty of World Cup action throughout the tournament (with a side of local beer.)

4. The Edge

The Edge in Homewood is going all in on the World Cup—this local venue is partnering with Homewood Soccer Club for official USA watch parties and plans to stream every World Cup match throughout June and July.

Fans can also look forward to World Cup giveaways and special themed cups and koozies.

5. Sol Azteca Mexican Restaurant

If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere and food specials, Sol Azteca says it will show every World Cup match throughout the tournament.

The restaurant also plans to offer food and drink specials during matches.

6. On Tap Sports Cafe

Both the Inverness and Liberty Park locations of On Tap Sports Cafe will stream every World Cup match. With plenty of TVs and a pub atmosphere, On Tap could be a great option for fans hoping to catch games throughout the tournament.

7. Monday Night Brewing Social Club

Monday Night Brewing Social Club will stream every World Cup match and offer special food and drink promotions.

The brewery is also creating a special World Cup menu inspired by six countries—United States, Spain, Czech Republic, New Zealand, Mexico, England and Scotland.

8. Fairway Social Birmingham

Fairway Social is hosting official watch parties for all USA matches and will stream every game throughout the tournament.

Specials include:

  • $3 draft beers during rain showers through the venue’s “When It Rains, We Pour” promotion
  • Free ice cream for kids wearing soccer jerseys during USA matches

The venue is also offering a World Cup Watch Party Package featuring:

  • Private simulator bay for up to eight guests
  • Three-hour reservation
  • Wing platter
  • All-American platter
  • Beer bucket

9. The Goose

The Goose plans to stream every World Cup match and will have sound on during games—its large patio makes it a good option for fans looking to watch outdoors.

10. Tin Roof Birmingham

Tin Roof is turning its patio into a World Cup destination this summer.

According to the venue, fans can expect:

  • Multiple TVs
  • Drink specials
  • Gameday food specials
  • Live music after matches

The venue has already listed World Cup watch parties on its event calendar and is promoting tournament viewing all summer long.

11. All Good Beverage Co.

Cheer on Team USA as they take on Paraguay on June 12 at this community watch party hosted by Alabama FC/BUSA!

The event runs from 6PM through the final whistle and features food from Trail Magic, USA gear for sale from Soccer Post, and a raffle for a chance to win a year of free club fees. Tickets are $10 (available in person only), with proceeds supporting the club’s scholarship program.

12. Crestwood Tavern

Crestwood Tavern’s online event calendar includes World Cup events running from June 11 through July 19.

While we weren’t able to confirm specific watch parties or specials before publication, the listing suggests World Cup matches will be shown throughout the tournament.
