The Edge, a multi-functional gathering space and outdoor food hall in Homewood, is welcoming a new ice cream shop, Scoop City.

Scoop City will be owned by Chef Nick Carpenter, owner of Tuff Love Hospitality. His company is behind other restaurants such as:

Ice C’s announced on Facebook it would close earlier this month. While the closure left Warrior residents sad at the loss, it has made way for Scoop City.

“We’re bittersweet to announce that we are officially done serving up our original cold treats. Ice C’s was born from creativity and a love for sweets, but it grew because of YOU.

“This community gave us the space to get creative with our flavors, draw on the walls, host incredible events, and make lifelong friends. We can’t say enough about the people who supported us and the amazing team members who became family along the way.”
