New music venue now open at Lakeview Marina in Birmingham

A new music and event venue is now open at Lakeview Marina, the new hub for retail, dining and entertainment that opened in early 2025 in Birmingham’s Lakeview district. Dubbed Lakeview Marina Music Park, the new venue has a growing lineup of spring and summer performances starting in May.

Lakeview Marina Music Park now open in Birmingham

Located at 516 32nd St. South, Lakeview Marina is a new, adaptive-reuse development that “prioritizes pedestrianism, sustainability and spaces that encourage community events.” Opened in early 2025, the development is just a short walk from some of Birmingham’s popular attractions—such as Sloss Furnaces and Rotary Trail—and already anchored by popular tenants like:

• Seasick Records.
• Birmingham Classic Cuts Barbershop
• Cook Family Dentistry & Cosmetics
• High Dive HiFi Lounge

Building on its commitment to community events, Lakeview Marina has opened a new outdoor music venue adjacent to High Dive HiFi lounge. The purpose-built venue features:

• A covered stage
• Shaded lawn seating
• Air-conditioned restrooms
• Fire pits
• Airstream bars
• Rotating food trucks

Following its recent kickoff in April, Lakeview Marina Music Park has a growing lineup of spring and summer performances, including:

• Cass McCombs | Friday, May 1 
• The Wailers | Wednesday, May 29 
• Midnight North (feat. Grahame Lesh) | Saturday, July 18
