A new spot for scratch-made meals and easygoing vibes is opening soon. The Farmhouse at the Silos officially opens Wednesday, April 8 and it’s bringing fresh life to the former Trussville Country Club, now The Silos Golf Club. No membership required—just bring your appetite.

Here’s a look at what to expect when you visit.

Backed by a proven local favorite

The restaurant is operated by owner Ryan Zargo, the name behind The Farmhouse of Springville, which quickly became a local go-to after opening in 2020.

Now, the eatery is branching out to bring the same quality and experience to Trussville as part of a larger revitalization of The Silos Golf Club. While the club itself is semi-private, the restaurant is open to the public so guests of all ages can stop by, whether you’re hitting the course or just stopping in for a great meal.

The Farmhouse at The Silos of Trussville has a packed menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, from artisanal sandwiches and burgers to salads and steak.

  • One standout: Their unique blended burgers, which are crafted in-house and for a one-of-a-kind flavor.

We spoke with General Manager Kevin Bailey who told us their goal is simple: create a welcoming place with fresh food and great service where guests can relax, enjoy a meal and keep coming back.

  • BONUS: If you’re out on the golf course, you can order food to enjoy while you play. Simply scan the QR code on your golf cart or call the restaurant to place your order. When it’s ready, swing by the host stand to pick it up. Takeout orders are available too.
