Good People Brewing helps Black Bears + more efforts through new beers
Reading time: 2 minutes

Birmingham’s Good People Brewing Company collaborated with Outdoor Alabama on two new beers, with nature conservation being the goal. Keep reading for more on the collab and where you can find it!
Good People Brewing x Outdoor Alabama
Claiming “beers crafted for those who love Alabama’s wild places,” Outdoor Alabama and Good People created “Wild Amber” and “Blueberry Wheat Ale”. Proceeds from both sales go toward outdoor recreation and conservation efforts.
- Wild Amber: Purchase directly funds access to outdoor recreation, land management + fisheries. Think hunters, birders, hikers + photographers.
- Blueberry Wheat Ale: Purchase goes toward Black Bear conservation. The American Black Bear population was once estimated to be 2 million, but has been reduced to an estimated 700,000 due primarily to habitat destruction.
These beers are in high demand, but if you’re lucky, you can find them at local grocery stores and taprooms across Birmingham.
