Bringing Maine lobster to the South

With the new trucks, Dave and Matt plan to introduce (and re-introduce) Birmingham to Cousins Maine Lobster.

Birmingham foodies can expect classic Maine lobster rolls, along with lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese and sweet whoopie pies—all made with wild-caught Maine lobster and the brand’s signature New England flair.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or trying it for the first time, the mobile kitchen experience brings high-quality seafood straight to local neighborhoods, events and festivals.
