A new Waldo’s Chicken & Beer restaurant opened in Pelham today — August 12th.

Located at 2812 Pelham Parkway, the eatery is near the Pelham Public Library.

This is the third Waldo’s location in the Birmingham-Metro area and the fifth statewide.

Founded by Homewood native Mark Waldo, the popular fast growing chicken joint has opened 27 locations since 2019 from Oklahoma to Tennessee.

Known for its succulent chicken tenders, Waldo’s offers:

  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Sandwiches and salads
  • 12 different kinds of cocktails 
  • Variety of beers
  • 11 kinds of sauces

Days and hours

Waldo’s is open seven days a week;

Monday-Friday 11AM-9PM
Saturday & Sunday 10:30AM-9PM
