Bham Now received a special tour of The Toasted Yolk Cafe, a new breakfast, brunch and lunch spot set to open in downtown Birmingham on July 14.

Located at 231 20th Street S in the 20 Midtown development, The Toasted Yolk on the Birmingham Green, is the popular brunch franchise’s first location in The Magic City.

Owned and operated by Colette and Charles Lewis, a brother-sister duo with Belle Hospitality, the new space has a delightful vibe that includes two murals, plenty of seating and of course an extensive drink and brunch menu.

Below are photos and videos from their Friday soft opening which include a fundraiser for Girl’s Inc.
