BREAKING: Good People Brewing purchases former Ghost Train facility

Good People Brewing has purchased the former Ghost Train Brewing site.

Located at 3501 1st Avenue South, the 95,468-square-foot space was sold to Alabama’s oldest brewery by M2 Ventures LLC for $5.2 million, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.

Founded in 2007, Good People Brewing has steadily increased its footprint in The Magic City over the years.

In addition to its flagship site near Regions Field, Good People added Avondale Brewing to its portfolio in 2017.
